Lišće broskve očistiti, oprati, razrezati na manje dijelove i kuhati u slanoj vodi; kada omekša, ocijediti. Na malo ugrijano ulje dodati kosani češnjak, kuhanu broskvu, posoliti, promiješati i uz povremeno potresanje posude pirjati još oko 5 minuta. Poslužiti kao prilog uz mesna jela i ribu.</p>
<p>Broskva (Brossica napus var. naprobrassica) je vrlo stara i raširena kultura širom Istre. Uzgaja se kroz cijelu zimu.</p>
